The Human Programming Code…

During the summer of 2017 I worked at the Center of Cancer Prevention at the Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine. I worked on a Visualization Program that produced visual outputs of DNA. I aligned the reads of DNA so that comparisons of mutations could be quickly made by the biomedical team. I also enabled Ultra High Definition rendering of images. These images can now be used for publication in journals.
